Between the sales rep and the service technician (Sean Patton), Bulwark offers genuine customer service. Bulwark was the first contracted service I've hired that I haven't waited on. In fact, Sean called me early to see if it was allright to start on the outside while I was on the way back to the house from work. He took the time to take me around the house to detail what he had done before I had gotten home to let him inside. Sean even went beyond the contract aggreament to thuroughly spray around and under both wooden decks in the back yard. Once inside, Sean was very friendly and respectful around the house, carefully moving furniture as necessary, asking permission to enter rooms, all while detailing his work. He included detailed descriptions/specifications of the chemicals used, why they are used and how they are effective against the pests they are designed to target. I'd highly recommend the service.
