I rented a car and didnt take the supplemental insurance provided by the company. The rear tail light cover was somehow broken (not by me, honestly). The car rental agency gave me a damage report where we agreed that I will pay for the damaged light. I get the itemized bill and they charged me for rear quarter panel damage. They sent pictures and it showed no damage. The report I signed didn't mention anything about panel damage. I handed my case to John Nojima and he got that portion of the bill to be dropped. John really does take care of us "common" folk. Thanks, John!!!!
