I think the house troll broke the lock this time! I remember locking the garage and having no problem when I left for work in the morning. But when I came back home, the lock seems that the latch itself has broken and the key wouldn’t turn over! So I made a call and found these guys. They came out and fixed the problem without having to do anything crazy. I do have a new key though. Whatever, at least it works now, and the Troll hasn’t returned. lol
