We were interested in a Nissan Versa (2009) and were quoted (via email) a price of $8977. We emailed back clarification of this price because saw on the internet that the price was $8477-with a trade-in or $3500 cash down and we were confused. Again we were told (via email) that the price would be $8477 as long as we printed out and brought in copies of the internet ad. We were also told that the internet specialist had checked with the sales professional regarding this price. When we went to purchase the vehicle, we were told the price was $11,900 non-negotiable. After explaining and showing all our emails back and forth, the bottom line was that they were not honoring the price that we were quoted. But we were told that the internet specialist would be fired and that she had in fact done this before.
