Good: seemed friendly but turned badly. Bad: gary did not seem to know what he was doing. continued guessing with my $ and neved did fix my 1992 eurovan. kept pushing me off and when I wanted to tow it somewhere else i had to have the police go with me as he continued to tell me we couldnt have our van back because it wasnt finished. the police had to tell him to release the van. had it towed to the vw dealer by the chaple hills mall who fixed it for 200$ easy fix. will never recomend him to anyone ever. will go to the dealer from now on. Improvements: quit pretending to know how the newer vehicles work. needs to stay with air cooled bugs.
