I would give Steak n Shake four stars because they have good steak burgers and shakes, along with friendly and good service, but the limited locations in the area is what makes them special and bumps them up to five stars.
I always go through the drive thru and have never had any problems. Beware to the newbies, this food is really greasy and the shakes have been known to almost cause me to blow my o-ring.
