Kozue is a Japanese restaurant in Wallingford in the space that used to be called Ai. It seems to me to be very familiar, so I have a little bit of a hard time keeping them straight in my mind. The food is pretty good, but I wasn't blown away by it. Japanese food is far and away my favorite kind of food, but I'm so rarely impressed with any Japanese restaurant in America in the same way that I was with so much of the food I ate in Japan...
