Called after ten when lock to front door broke, said would be here in half an hour, arrived in under 20mins. The locksmith was very personable, trustworthy and informative, labor cost for call out so late was impressively low, fixed the lock and explained the pros and cons of changing the whole lock with no hard sell, new lock and 3 keys very reasonable.
