I feel very fortunate to have been refered to Ted's Auto shop. I've not had good experiences in the past with automotive shops, as I always take my car for one repair and drive away with three other repairs I may not have even needed. Most of those shops I feel pressured to "fix" it all or drive away and have my wheels fall off.
I took my car that wouldn't pass inspection, and they fixed it in less than an hour, charged me little to nothing, and showed me what was wrong and why it was causing me to fail my test. Money aside, I will keep Ted as my mechanic because, I feel he is trustworthy and will not take advantage of me because I am a woman.
