A quaint little restaurant in a small rural town with good food and friendly service.
They actually have a menu item called a Sawdust Burger. I have never eaten one, but I can say that the rest of the food in good.
The fantastic saw blade decor and wooden tables definatley go with the name. A popular place for locals to meet in the morning and gossip over a cup of coffee and during the summer families crowd the outside ice cream windows to order tasty treats like sundaes and ice cream cones.
Not too far from Cook Forest State Park, The Sawmill is the perfect place for a vacationing family to grab a quick meal while site seeing and visiting the local flea markets.
