Worst Place i have ever used for renting there rude and hang up on you like there little children, there company all together is run terribly. I rented from a year from there at the Fairway Commons off Watt and was a great tenant.
I always was getting Notices to Quit and Move out due to the fact they weren't receiving my checks so I had to cancel them which costs $30 bucks and write another one than later told me it was a misunderstanding and had it the whole time.
I moved out and was supposed to get my deposit back after 21 days never received it called them 3x and talk to the manager Robert Whingler which he was very rude and hung up on me. Went down there to let them know i still haven't received a call or a check. Now its been two weeks and I finally get a check only to have it bounce in my account and overdraft me for -$28.46 cents. Called them back to ask what had happened it was the first checked the cancelled and they sent out my new today a week from when I called and talked to Robert.
