Having worked in a pizza restaurant before ( I worked as a sous chef, not in the pizza area), I expect a lot. I expect my order to be delivered the way I order it. I expect the food to be hot when delivered. I expect all appropriate sides to be delivered the same way. I have never had to call Nancy's to complain. Sure, there have been a few times when I was told my order would be there in 30 mins and it took 45, but that happens to everyone. They have never been so late that I had to call to see what happened. I cannot recall a time when I asked for a special sauce on the side and they forgot to include it. They are pretty lax regarding coupons, which is a real plus for me. I do not believe they accept competitor coupons, but they give enough coupons with their menus that I always have a coupon when ordering. The employees are nice, and the food tastes good. Nothing more to say!
