I hired this company to install a simple fence for my yard. I got an appointment right away and the woman who came to give me the contract was nice and made sure they had the options I wanted. However, none of the workers who actually installed the fence spoke English. I could not communicate with them at all, and they caused me a lot of extra work undoing what they did. Also, I called the company to have someone come back because they did not nail down 3 boards and one board was installed even though it was broken. The receptionist actually said, "Now that you have paid, we are already on new jobs and you will have to wait until we can get back to you." How is that for customer service?
