I was intentionally tortured during a procedure by burning in an area that was not part of the procedure on the 8th day of October, 2010, and then he laughed about what he had just done. This occured at the 1980 W. Hospital Dr. suite #201 location. The vice president of Valley ENT called me after I filed my complaints and did his best to help cover-up this criminal act. In my opinion, a person would be very foolish to let this very sick man come anywhere near them!
