I needed a new hot water tank b/c the element on mine had gone bad. I wanted a very minimal new tank. They suggested the tankless water heater and I do love it. The hot water come out nice and even. Although it is a specialty procduct it did not cost as much as I thought it would. I have nice baths and showers without any problems. Good Job
