Having 2 dogs that are loveable but feisty, I`ve had some experiences with groomers that were less than satisfactory, but Wiggles & Wags Grooming was great. They gave my pups the love and the cuts they needed. And the place looks really good, clean, stylish, well-befitting their location in Portland, OR. My dogs have a new home away from home.
