Salinas Tires is a great place for tires and especially for wheels. They actually do quite a lot of work on cars...lowering, install brakes, front end work and more. But what you notice when driving by is all the shiny wheels in the windows! Every type of wheels imagineable and their prices are cheap compared to other wheel shops around here!
