Cardsmart is a tiny card shop located next to Ralphs and its just another card shop...I mean, what can you say about it? They have little, cheesy gift items, cards, collectibles...nothing real exciting. This place was going out of business last year, but was bought by someone else. I just don't understand how they stay in business.
