8 May 2011 I just left this lying and deceitful dealership. My wife and I talked with Tony G on the phone on at least 4 occasions discussing the price of the new Sienna we wanted to buy. We were driving from LA and wouldn’t make the drive it we couldn’t settle on a selling price; Tony G knew this! After driving approx. 300 miles, with check in hand, Tony G rolls out a used, damaged and scratched Sienna for us to look at (I should add that even this "crap" van wasn't ready when we got there at 11:30 - Tony G knew at 0730 we were driving there after we answered his 0720 text to us). After the van pulled up, my wife immediately asked if this was the van & why was it all scratched up. Tony G started acting dumb and says "Oh, you wanted a new van?" Are you freaking kidding me!? Yeah, I drove 5 hours & approx. 300 miles, from LA to Yuma, to buy a used van for the price of a new one! DO NOT SHOP HERE! I should've listened to the other post stating that Alexander Toyota will say whatever they have to for customers to be suckered there. I am active duty military and will be sure to notify all of my subordinates and superiors NOT to shop here & if possible, investigate if this establishment can be BLACK LISTED, if it isn’t already!! The head sales manager didn't even have the decency to come talk to my wife and I - he could see us through the glass but refused! The best this shabby establishment could do was offer us the original new Sienna we discussed, for $500 over invoice which inevitably was also a lie because I already knew the invoice price from going through USAA credit union. Alexander Toyota, I hope your shady business practices will ultimately be the demise of your dealership!
