I head over to navy pier a couple of time each summer with my husband. Whether its the ferris wheel, boat tour, or just a nice stroll on the pier, this place is beautiful especially at night. We also go during the 4th of July to watch the fireworks. Parking might be hard to find but you can always take a cab. They also have a mini theatre for plays and plenty of food. There is also have several places for kids to have fun.
