I've been using Hollenshade's for about 5 years now. I've never been taken advantage of and if I mention something might need fixing and it doesn't, they tell me. They worked on my car one day for over an hour trying to duplicate a problem I had, without success. Didn't charge a dime. They knew I'd be back when I needed them! Friendly, honest, A-1 service!
