Awhile ago I was renting a place there and for the price I was paying was so not worht it. It was small and the kitchen was tiny. The only thing I liked about it was the bathroom the tub was a jazcuzzi tub with jets. And we got free cable. I was not impressed with the serivces that I got. I now live in a place I am paying the same price for and I have a HUGE kitchen and living room to boot. No cable though..oh well. That is why they call it "estates" because you are getting ripped off and living in a tiny place.
