Good: The permeating stench of urine.. Bad: Sold me a bird "great for kids" that snaps, hisses & bites. They refuse refunds, so now I'm stuck with a mean-spirited bird & children who are afraid of it. This isn't how pet stores are supposed to work.. Improvements: Any form of customer service would be nice. If this was an honest business, they would respect my decision to return a dangerous pet (after I was mislead into thinking it would be friendly).. Other: I hate shopping at big chains, however, you usually get some form of customer service-they usually stand behind their product and don't lie to move inventory..
