I used to box back in the day, but I got older, and had to give it up. My body couldn't take the abuse anymore. Then I found Crazy Monkey. Coach Nathan taught me a smarter way to train, a smarter way to work my defense, a smarter way to do everything. I thought boxing, MMA, could only ever be a young man's game. I was wrong. I wouldn't train anywhere else.
