Terrible service and attitude. I place a large order to be delivered to a hospital on Friday. I was clear that the recipient would only be there for Friday and would be discharged on Saturday. I gave them the cell phone number of one of her family members so that they could locate the patient. Not only did they not make the delivery they didn't call me until the following Tuesday to let me know and barely even said that they were sorry- most insincere. I will never use them again.
