A shamelessly corrupt organization managed by felons, drug users, and HIV infected employees who are former clients of the agency. They are bottom-dwellers, unconscionable, and some still use drugs. A sorrowful testament to just how little in the way of talent, intelligence, and morality it takes to manage a social service agency. Even for nonprofits, this is a new low.
