Hair Waves is a local hair cuttery with a recently expanding staff. Wendy has been there since she opened her shop and she has added a cutter and someone that does nails. The price for an adult hair cut is very reasonable (about $15 with tip) and is cheaper than some of the chains. They maintain first name basis relationships and it is always friendly. I've been happy with all of my cuts at this hair shop.
