I wanted to provide something special for my mother, who is getting married after being widowed for several years. I thought a gift certificate to Bailey's would be a nice idea to include with her bed and breakfast gift certificate. I can honestly say that the service provided over the phone was poor by Bailey's. They neglected to tell me that my mom wouldn't be able to use the gift certificate to pay for tips PLUS they charged me FIVE extra dollars just to mail me the certificate (without telling me about that first!) making that a 20% surcharge! When I called them, there was nothing they could do to rectify this situation.
