Erie is known for it's wonderful Italian restaurants with old fashioned, Italian family taste that is above and beyond normal by any means.
Such wonderful little corner bars and restaurants have survived around the city for years and years for a reason... they offer good food and good service.
Valerios offers neither. Sauce that varies so much you have no clue what you're going to get. Subs that are sometimes acceptable and other times terrible. Prices are nothing great, unless you happen to get a coupon and use it. Service is slow, if you can even call it service, most of the time.
I've rarely eaten at any of the locations where I've been impressed. This one is no different.
There are too many good, authentic, and reliable places to eat that you know what you get each time and you know the service is going to be good.
