When I was a fitness model, I was not allowed to do anything that could cause injury. I was stuck doing the boring stuff, stuff I hated, I made add just to keep my fitness level up and my body toned and tight. When I retired, I went straight to Progressive Martial Arts and signed up for kickboxing classes. Since then, I have taken other MMA classes and have found my inner drive is higher now than when I was modeling. It?s easier to work for fitness when you are doing it for yourself rather than for just the camera.
