My domestic partner of 9 years passed away in late December, I called Ackerman’s office to cancel and reschedule an appointment to have a technician come out to my home to talk about the move of my alarm equipment from one location to another.
Today in speaking with Tamesha, not only did she display stellar customer service, but she was on her game and took care of everything I needed and I must say, I hung up knowing I wouldn’t have to call back again for the same issue.
Being in Customer Service for 30 years and being responsible myself for many years in a call center in management, I will tell you that Tamesha is a Gold Star!!! She was friendly, polite and very well spoken Tamesha maked a difficult situation feel good!
