I was more than delighted when I was told there was a solution for the couch stain. The moment the incident happened I was ravaged with the thought of not being able to get rid of the choclate stain. The technician arrived and knew exactly what to do when he scoped out the work, and I have to say his technique and cleaning suggestion were remarkable. The couch was left spotless, absolutely magnificent work.
