PMS has been a good print shop for us - we mostly do basic projects that are high volume copies in color or b/w - but they seem pretty no-frills. Just about a year ago they finally enabled a file-transfer system (FTP site) which was long overdue.
Pricing is good, comparable to a chain shop like Kinko's, but even if the cost ends up being a bit more, the service and concientious staff are worth paying for.
