I could never recommend this plumbing firm to anyone. We had a septic problem (didn't realize we had a second line from the house). They quoted $800.00 to solve the problem. They sent a high school part time worker to dig up line, 15', less than hour of work and capped off. When we realized that they were going to charge $800 for less than an hour's worth of work (no special equipment or heavy equipment or more than 1 employee), we complained and finally, after several phone calls negotiated it down to $200. It left a very bad taste in our mouth for the firm.
