Took my truck in for warranty engine work...Jim Doran's repair center ending up having it for nearly a month! But they immediately gave me a FREE loaner car and took care of all my trucks engine and mechanical problems to a "T", which ended up being much more than just a knock! The repair dept. is highly knowledgeable and did a great job explaining to me what was wrong and what it would take to fix it. Everyone from managers to repair guys were very friendly and seemed to really strive to make things very easy for me to understand. Always kept me alerted as to what was happening and when I could expect it done. In the end, I would recommend them for any auto repairs, they truly seemed to put customer service first! They are right off 99W in McMinnville...look for the huge selection of Dodge vehicles and used vehicles!! Lots of parking!
