Try Lily there. She was a pleasant surprise when I discovered this hair salon. Price for hair cuts start at $12 for ladies, men, and children. She also does coloring, highlights, body waves -- 50% cheaper than the overpriced salons elsewhere aroud Folsom. My good friend who is a hair stylist (for the past 30 years) also goes there when she needs a trim.
