My engine light came on today in my Honda, so I decided to run it up to Ken Garff Honda to have them take a look at it. I didn't buy my car from them, but their location is convenient so that's why I decided to give them a try. When I went in the service dept. I only had to wait a few minutes for a person to help me. I was greeted right away and acknowledged that I was there. When it was my turn, I explained my problem and was told that I'd have to get my car up on the diagnostics rack for them to do tests. I was really happy with my experience today and will definitely be back in the future to give them my business.
