I have eaten at the Skybox many times since it opened a few years ago. The food is okay, however, the service has been absolutely terrible. I've gone many times to "give it another chance" and mainly because I was going with other people that wanted to go. My last visit was and is going to be my last.
We arrived at about 6:30 pm on a Wednesday evening. The restaurant was empty--there were only about 6 other people in there eating. We were sat at our table and it took almost 10 minutes for our server to come to our table. We had to wait forever for our drinks to come and once we finally placed our orders and waited an abnormally long time for them to arrive at our table, the food was not fresh and hot.
I did bring this matter to the manager on duty's attention and let him know that it would be my last time visiting. He offered to refund our money and I told him that I just wanted to leave. He told me to wait for a moment, walked away and came back with a receipt showing that my food bill had been credited back to my card. I thanked him and explained to him that this wasn't the first "bad experience" that I had encountered. He was very apologetic about the situation. I thanked him and left.
I do NOT recommend going to this restaurant unless you want cold food and slow service.
