Plumber, Newark, NJ. Had a very slow drain in the bathroom. Called Roto-Rooter 5:50 pm on a Wednesday night, hoping to get an appointment for Thursday. A very friendly customer service rep said she could have someone out there between 6-8 pm that night for no extra fee. The technician, Craig, came within the time frame. Extremely polite. Handled a very hard and dirty job very well, educated me, and let me bathroom very clean. Thank you!
