I lost a piece of my rear derailleur on the way home, my jockey wheel. In my old neighborhood I stopped at my favorite shop, 10 minutes after closing, and they we're helpful, after a bit of convincing they unlocked the door and accommodated me, agreeing that they were there TO help! In the end, I found myself sitting on the ground with City Bike's head mechanic outside the store, after his work day, helping me with my bike issue. Can't thank you enough Mark! These guys went out of their way to help me AFTER HOURS. Again, a wonderful act of kindness from a solid neighborhood bike shop.
