Good: I like that a 5th Ave Plastic Surgeon opened a facility in Staten Island. I grew up on Staten Island with my parents taking me into Manhattan for the best doctors. This is a game changer. Bad: It is difficult to get an appointment. I wish it were easier. Improvements: Wait time. I guess this is a double edges sword. You want the doc to spend as much time as he needs to with you but when he does that to the people there before you it can get a bit annoying.. Other: I think the bar has been reset in Staten Island. There is just no competition at this level. The docs you think are great out by us rarely if ever exist in Manhattan. Plus the facility probably cost Dr.Klapper several millions dollars to build. We have finally caught up to the other boroughs..
