Franks knowledge of the vehicle and ease of presentation made this purchase a comfortable and pleasant experience. This was the second BMW I have purchased with Frank Chivat as the salesperson. Dealing with someone who is honest that I can trust takes a lot of the apprehension of buying an expensive vehicle away and replaces it with confidence and an overall good feeling that you know you are going to be treated fairly.
