Of all of the Mexican restaurants in Birmingham, Al....I like Zapata's the best. I have been to tons of Mex restaurants and this one just has the best foods.
Gotta have the Cheese Dip with the complimentary chips and salsa.
The prices are great, the food is ALWAYS good, the wait staff is always good (some do not speak english though but seem to understand most of the time)
I have been going to Zapata's for about 15 years now.
