I placed an online order.after emailing them 3 times it was partially shipped.Two remington knives were not in stock finally after 6 weeks they shipped one it was scratched,it was easy to tell it was a display knife no box either,I called customer servive they didn't care about the poor knife.they told me they would refund the 14.95 for the other knife that was never shipped after 3 months i have never received the refund check.i will never buy from them again more
