The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the friendly and fast service. There's up tempo music playing but not so loud where you can't conversate with one another. They have sections in the restaurant where you can be intimate and by yourself or sit right up front where you can see Chef Teng Thao cook your meal. I am a BIG fan of the caterpillar sushi rolls, they are actually cooked and not raw sushi. I also enjoy the scorpian sushi rolls, they are also cooked. You can smell and taste the freshness of the sushi. I can tell Chef Teng Thao not only takes time to make the appearance of the food look good, but it also tastes delicious!
