I had this company clean my carpets for the first time back in September. I had an odor problem which I thought was caused by my dog's urine but in reality it was caused by my carpet cleaner machine (too much humidity). They cleaned the carpet one day and they had to come back 3 more times (at no additional charge) to fix the problem. The carpet now looks and smells great. I highly recommend this company!
