Hot Sauce Williams Barbecue is a tiny chain in the Cleveland-area owned by one family. The food offerings differ from location to location. Some offer more sweets and different sandwiches, so don't think you know the menu when you have visited only one location. The sauces are good and meat is great. The pies and cobbler are not as good as you might think. The earlier review claims to tell Williams “him” that the food is good. I am under the impression that the chain is owned by a woman! I have met her, but maybe her husband is a co-owner.
