Went to the one on Rockville Rd in Indy. Came out my car was scratched several times. The manager Jason told me that I could file a complaint but it will just be denied. He took pics of my car "in the Dark" and Would not to let me have a copy of the complaint. He was rude and talked AT me had me in tears (im female)> I informed him that my car is Brand spankin new and he told me my kids could have done it! not Mikes for sure. HAND CAR WASHES ARE THE WAY TO GO NOT MIKES!!!!!
