I was completely offended by the price that they quoted me to get my brakes repaired. When I objected they were like, what's not to understand? I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me because I am a single woman. Later, when I got to the dealership to pick up my car, they were apologetic and said I cut them off, they were going to say a different price...well, they should have led with that price. I'm not a fan of the nickel and diming and I don't want to bargain. I want a fair price the first time.
