Cafe SolMar is a good place to have your morning coffee and bagel or pick up a sandwich for lunch. It's located in Ballard on 17th, right between the post office and the 7-11 on Market Street. They serve really good coffee - their signs say it's Kona coffee, but I'm not sure if that includes the espresso and you can get your bagel with plain or salmon cream cheese. They have free wifi and lots of outlets. Best of all, they are not very busy so you can get a lot done here.
